Responsibilities
Strong implementation experience on Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub
Own the end-to-end Reltio MDM delivery and support engagement on behalf of the service provider
Lead data architecture design, including Reltio data models, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies
Facilitate design workshops and governance meetings, translating business requirements into scalable data solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, business users, and technical teams
Engage directly with business users to capture detailed use cases, data quality objectives, and governance requirements
Lead the full delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and ongoing support
Develop comprehensive Solution Architecture Documents covering data model design, match rules, survivorship rules, and initial and delta load strategies
Guide integration of the Reltio MDM platform with inbound and outbound systems using industry best practices
Ensure adherence to solution standards, governance processes, and high-quality deliverables
Drive timely execution of milestones by coordinating closely with onsite and offshore teams
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies
Provide mentorship and guidance to client and offshore teams on Reltio capabilities, data architecture patterns, and best practices
Maintain detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and runbooks
Support SIT and UAT testing efforts to ensure solution accuracy
Qualification
Required
