This role is critical to maintaining and repairing advanced material handling, conveyor, and robotic systems to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, robotics, conveyors, forklifts, and pneumatic systems

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to minimize downtime

Troubleshoot automated packaging, robotics, and distribution systems

Support emergency repairs and special project work as needed

Inspect, test, and validate equipment to ensure safety and operational compliance

Assist with installation, calibration, commissioning, and upgrades of automated systems

Monitor system performance and recommend preventive solutions

Utilize schematics, diagnostics tools, CMMS systems, and technical documentation

Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations teams to resolve complex issues

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

Train team members on safe equipment operation and basic maintenance

Work at elevated heights and lift up to 50 lbs while following all safety protocols
