Responsibilities

Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with HTTP, PKI, digital signatures, encryption, SMTP, DNS, CWEs, CVEs, and related security frameworks
Proficient with security scanning tools such as Nessus, Nmap, ZAP, Burp Suite, Invicti, and Nuclei
Experience performing web application scanning and working with web application firewalls (WAFs)
Familiarity with containers and containerized environments
Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, and other security hardening standards

Required

Preferred

Experience with authentication and directory technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP
Scripting or automation using PowerShell and Python
CI/CD experience with Jenkins
Splunk data onboarding, including indexes, sourcetypes, data models, forwarders, apps, and HEC configuration
Familiarity with Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, and syslog pipelines
Experience with security platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, CrowdStrike, or similar EDR tools
