Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with REQCE’s brand and priorities
Film on-site and/or remote content, including b-roll, voiceovers, and vlog-style videos
Edit and produce short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (listings, neighborhood overviews, fun facts, holidays, and brand moments)
Manage weekly posting across all platforms
Create and maintain a clear social content calendar
Write captions and implement basic hashtag and keyword strategies
Research trends and translate them into on-brand, relevant content
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager while independently executing day-to-day content needs
Track basic performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement
Qualification
Required
Based in New York City and comfortable with on-camera filming
2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong ability to film and edit short-form video content
Comfortable recording and editing voiceovers
Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Organized, reliable, and able to execute independently within a defined scope
Preferred
Canva experience is a plus
Familiarity with commercial real estate, lifestyle, or NYC-based content is a plus
