Boeing is a leading aerospace company committed to innovation and collaboration. They are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to manage Notice of Escapement events for Attack programs, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective resolution of quality issues.

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for NOE events for the program; receive, triage, document, and track NOE notifications
Coordinate initial safety/risk assessments and communicate immediate containment requirements
Coordinate cross-functional response teams: engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and program management
Monitor containment actions (quarantine, stop-ship, inspections, grounding) with suppliers and internal operations
Coordinate root-cause investigations and ensure robust CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) development, implementation, and verification, when needed
Maintain event documentation and records, ensure traceability of suspect parts/materials
Provide timely status reporting and briefings to program leadership and regulators

Required

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
1+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
1+ years of experience do you have working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
3+ years of experience do you have working with the Apache Helicopter
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods
Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard?
