Responsibilities
Greet and direct the deans' office visitors at the front desk
Work with Dean and the Executive Assistant on operations for ASHS
Assist in managing meeting schedules and calendars
Email communication as directed
Mail distribution to ASHS departments
Supply management for ASHS and ordering
Printing reports on request
Maintain the confidentiality of the Dean's office at all times
Support The OT Department By
Booking Rooms
Scheduling meetings
Ordering Supplies
Assisting in event planning
Exam and practical proctoring
Document preparation
Data entry
Processing invoices
Protect confidential information
Attend tabling events as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree preferred or work experience equivalent
Proficiency with computers and specific software including Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Excel, and calendar management
Office experience in a similar environment, working with professionals
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills for performing business at the dean's level
Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented
