Lead/StaffOne Park Financial (OPF) is a fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in Coconut Grove, Florida. We are seeking a high-impact Director of Communications to lead and scale OPF’s voice, data, and contact center communications infrastructure across sales and operations.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute short- and long-term telecommunications strategies supporting contact center, sales, and operations organizations
Lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of cloud-based telephony and network infrastructure
Oversee corporate voice, data, video, and contact center systems, ensuring high availability and performance
Manage and develop technical teams across telecommunications, network, and call center functions, including hiring, training, and performance management
Own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements to ensure cost-effective and scalable solutions
Partner with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to align communications strategy with business goals
Ensure network security, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
Monitor system performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contact rates and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Deep technical expertise in telecommunications and network infrastructure
Strong leadership capability
Ability to translate complex systems into business outcomes
Experience in designing, developing, and executing telecommunications strategies
Experience in managing and developing technical teams across telecommunications, network, and call center functions
Experience in overseeing corporate voice, data, video, and contact center systems
Experience in managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements
Experience in ensuring network security, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with regulations
Experience in monitoring system performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
