Responsibilities
Setting up materials, equipment, and learning spaces for workshops and sessions
Assisting academic staff with day-to-day support
Monitoring and encouraging student engagement
Managing schedules and facilitating smooth transitions between sessions
Receiving mentorship from leaders who are transforming K-12 education
Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's commitments to students: driving academic achievement, building life skills, and cultivating a passion for learning
Qualification
Required
Available to work in person at our Miami campus
Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time option available
Prior experience working with children
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for working with kids
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
