Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, one-on-one interaction—no traditional instruction, only impactful peer-style mentorship
Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI tools to enable individualized learning progression
Facilitating small-group sessions centered on personal development, leadership principles, and practical achievement frameworks
Supporting students in identifying their capabilities and broadening their aspirations via tailored development roadmaps
Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational approach through performance data, observations, and innovative thinking
Qualification
Required
Commitment to in-person work at Palo Alto, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Santa Barbara, CA
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
3 year's experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
