Support the organization’s risk management efforts by facilitating the identification and assessment of risks
Developing, monitoring, and reporting on risk-related activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to implement risk management standards, programs, and best practices
Assist in the management of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program
Identify potential exposures
Recommend mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business or health administration is required
At least six months of experience working in the healthcare industry environment
Demonstrated knowledge and application of the insurable risk management process
Strong with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
Master's degree desirable
