Serve as a trusted advisor on the public cloud journey
Translate S/4HANA Cloud capabilities into business value
Lead within a functional workstream on implementation projects
Mentor and coach less experienced consultants
Apply proven methodologies, tools, and agile practices
Deliver services in a fast-changing environment
Support continuous improvement of delivery
Qualification
Required
Deep functional knowledge in one SAP process area, with cross-functional comfort
Experience delivering ERP or cloud-based implementations (S/4HANA Cloud preferred)
Understanding of ERP process integration and cloud business models
The ability to lead within a functional area on strategic projects
A consultative, value-driven approach focused on 'fit to standard'
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A growth mindset and interest in mentoring others
