Responsibilities

Deliver annual goals for volume, revenue, profits, and customer satisfaction through effective strategic planning and execution
Forecast and manage budgets to ensure alignment with brand pricing strategies and trade spend allocations
Own the Rolling Estimate for volume, revenue, and gross profit forecasts while collaborating with finance, commercial leadership, and Acosta
Align internal teams, brokers, and customer stakeholders to execute ABP strategies and programs seamlessly
Act as a primary liaison between customers and the Coca-Cola system
Serve as an expert on customer needs, strategies, and priorities to ensure Coca-Cola programs meet their goals
Address operational and executional challenges swiftly and effectively with customers or brokers
Champion growth for key Nutrition brands like Simply, Minute Maid, Honest, and fairlife by driving customer engagement and alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required
2-5 years in a sales or sales support role in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with national or regional scope
Proven track record in business development planning and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
Strong business acumen with strategic planning expertise
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on flawless execution
Collaborative and results-focused approach

Preferred

Experience in broker management, warehouse Route-to-Market (RTM), and customer management preferred
