Own process to ensure purchase order accuracy
Track + provide updates to ’47 Web Buying + Planning Team on delivery timing for all production orders
Own all ad hoc gifting / key partner order requests
Enter + edit purchase orders for all ’47 Web sample needs
Track + provide updates to ’47 Web Buying + Marketing Teams on delivery timing for all samples needs
Own + maintain organization for all physical product samples
Facilitate sample delivery to cross functional partners for marketing, photography or meeting needs
Be an expert in systems utilized daily for job functions – Blue Cherry, GBS, Asana, and others as need determines
Facilitate reporting distribution to ’47 Web Buying + Planning Teams
Build + maintain relationships across key cross functional internal partners
Play a key role in communication between cross functional partners regarding ’47 Web production timing + sample availability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of equivalent experience
Highly motivated professional with desire for career growth within
‘47Strong communication skills – both written + verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – specifically Microsoft Excel
Expert level organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Commitment to teamwork, accountability + driving results
