Participate in trade and consumer tasting events
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in adult beverage sales and retail chain management
Must be familiar with the market overall and have established working relationships with key retail chain buyers and distributor sales personnel
Consumer beverage sales and chain management experience including developing relationships, creating chain programs, launching new products, growing new and existing business and managing business profitability
Professional, organized and ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment
Knowledge of and passion for the beer, wine, and spirits industry
Goal orientated with proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals and creating positive relationships
Ability and desire to travel frequently for meetings (MIN 25%), market visits and presentations
Understanding of respective state compliance and liquor laws
Persuasive public speaking and presentation skills as well as the ability to close deals
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet and email
Comfortable with Beverage Sales CRM; VIP and Karma a plus
Able to comfortably lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs
Valid driver license and proof of current automobile insurance
Commutable distance to Irvine, CA Corporate Office
Preferred
4-year college degree preferred
