Responsibilities
Serving as a mentor to K-8 students by establishing trust and cultivating a mindset of unlimited potential
Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students advance at their individual pace while you facilitate exploration
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and teamwork) that equip students for sustained achievement
Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous improvement—supporting students as they uncover their strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proven public speaking abilities, with a track record of engaging and energizing diverse audiences
A genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Capability to participate in a paid training program hosted at our Austin, TX campus
