Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule live and virtual learning activities, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and technology
Assist in creating and delivering Leadership & Talent Development content tailored for various employee levels
Partner with Inclusion & Belonging leadership to manage strategic project management for I&B activities
Collect and analyze training metrics to assess program effectiveness and develop insightful reports for leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Learning Design, Business, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in coordinating virtual and live training delivery
Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
