Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—no traditional lecturing, only impactful peer-style coaching
Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI-driven platforms to support individualized learning progression
Facilitating focused small-group sessions on life skills, leadership development, and practical success frameworks
Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps
Shaping the evolution of Alpha's educational approach by contributing data, observations, and innovative thinking
Inspiring elementary-aged students to engage deeply with learning while achieving 2x acceleration through AI-enhanced methods
Qualification
Required
Availability to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Santa Barbara, CA
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
3 years of direct experience with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or instructional roles
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
