Responsibilities
Establishing Talent Acquisition as a value driver - ensuring we have the talent horsepower we need to deliver our ambition for The West
Reporting directly to the SVP, People & Culture – WEST and leading a team of 3 people
Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer and onboarding
Partnering & collaborating with our business leaders, developing inclusive sourcing strategies, creating engaging candidate experiences, analysing recruitment metrics, and providing market insights to shape long term talent strategies
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in leading change & transformation within a matrixed environment
Experience in setting standards & building out a Talent Acquisition function
Background in both agency side and corporate side, in an internal role at leadership level
Ability to deliver at pace as a hands-on, sleeves rolled up working leader
Self-starter and driven individual who can hold themselves & others accountable
Ability to enable higher team performance by developing people
Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence without authority
Ability to communicate succinctly and use data & insights to make business decisions
Ability to build trust with people at every level of the organization
