Responsibilities
Define a multi-year vision for Orchestration that anticipates the next decade of user scale and complexity
Lead Engineering and Design through every phase of the product lifecycle, from 0-to-1 development to General Availability
Enforce rigorous standards for product quality, API design, and system reliability, building trust with our largest enterprise users
Partner with Sales and GTM teams to pitch the product, win key deals, and translate user feedback into roadmap priorities
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the payment orchestration landscape, managing relationships with partners and ecosystem vendors
Drive cross-functional alignment with teams like Core API and Stripe Checkout to deliver a cohesive platform experience
Mentor or manage emerging PM talent within the domain
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product management or a related product role
A track record of shipping technical B2B products at a high velocity
An obsession with product quality in all its forms—from API design to dashboard UX and documentation
Existing knowledge of the payments landscape or a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating user problems precisely
An ownership mindset; you are willing to do whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users
Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
Preferred
A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
The ability to understand complex systems at a deep technical level
Specific experience in payment orchestration or payment processing
