Responsibilities
Independently manage and optimize a trading portfolio in alignment with desk strategy and risk parameters
Own daily PnL performance, ensuring adherence to trading limits
Adjust variables and system settings to improve trading performance
Collaborate with research and technology teams to improve trading systems, tools, and infrastructure
Provide coaching and feedback for junior traders, encouraging skill development
Promote a team-first culture through knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and collaboration across the trading desk
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
1 – 3 years' experience in options market making
Deep understanding of options theory and pricing
Proficiency in programming (Python, C++, or others)
Ability to perform under pressure and remain level-headed
Ability to make active decisions and speak one's mind and take position
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to innovate
Strong communication and teamwork skills
