Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of NYC family relationships from initial inquiry through enrollment, ongoing retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-impact information sessions and individualized conversations that guide families through layered, multi-step decision processes
Acting as the principal contact for parent feedback, concerns, and confidential matters—resolving them with decisiveness and professionalism
Generating enrollment growth through consistent on-site presence, strategic outreach, and meaningful integration into the local parent community
Mobilizing satisfied families as advocates and referral partners within New York City's closely networked communities

Required

At least 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (>$1M household income), with direct responsibility for closing or enrolling $5K+ or multi-year commitments
Proven experience guiding families through multi-meeting decision journeys that culminated in signed agreements or documented commitments
Clear, quantifiable results from previous work, including conversion rates and retention, satisfaction, or referral performance metrics
Experience managing an independent lead pipeline or community network from first inquiry through final decision
Demonstrated ability to coordinate events or services for 25+ high-profile individuals at the same time
Documented track record handling sensitive issues, complaints, or confidential information with successful outcomes
Current residence in NYC or within a 1.5-hour commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

Professional background in private education, philanthropy, luxury services, hospitality, wealth management, or concierge-level client relations
Current familiarity with NYC private school systems and parent social networks
Experience representing a mission-driven organization to discerning, high-visibility stakeholders
