Responsibilities
Developing and coaching Guides to facilitate Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality
Designing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation excellence, the creation of engaging learning experiences, and solutions to common obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and outcomes
Personally coaching a select group of students to demonstrate advanced mentorship and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for in-person work at an Alpha Campus (Bathesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable sectors
Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, instructional content, or training systems
Robust leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated success building, directing, and inspiring high-performance teams
Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data interpretation and leveraging performance indicators to inform decisions and foster continuous enhancement
Authorization to work legally in the United States
