This role involves supporting the design and administration of global equity programs and ensuring compliance with equity-related regulations and documentation.

Responsibilities
Support design and administration of global equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, capital markets transactions, etc. ) across the U.S. and international jurisdictions
Own equity-related compliance, controls, reporting, education, and documentation
Drive system automation within payroll, HR, legal, and other platforms
Lead equity integration for M&A activity
Support executive and insider governance programs (10b5-1 plans, Section 16 filings, Proxy disclosures, etc.)
Qualification
Required
7+ years of global stock plan administration with public companies
Deep knowledge of equity accounting, international equity operations, and compliance
Demonstrated success in cross-functional partnerships, including with legal, HR, compensation and total rewards, and executive teams
Bachelor's Degree required
Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll, HR, and equity administration software platforms required
Exceptional communication skills with professionals at all levels
Preferred
Certified Equity Professional strongly preferred
