Responsibilities

Work with the EVP and Talent Manager to build strong relationships with our roster of influencers, helping manage the execution of multiple brand partnerships on their behalf
Ensure the agency’s project management forms are accurate and up to date, keeping track of deliverables and deadlines
Ensure clear, friendly, timely, and professional communication with Talent and Brand/Agency partners as questions/changes/issues arise
Support the contract process and approvals, including signing and filing
Working with EVP and Talent Manager, support the creation of wrap reports, recap decks, leveraging available performance data and metrics
Track influencers’ social media and blog metrics on an ongoing basis, highlighting performance milestones and trend info to the Talent Team
Help identify and recruit influencers and content creators in the food and beverage/lifestyle categories
Working with the EVP and Talent Manager, pitch and re-pitch partnership opportunities for Talent, utilizing their 'dream lists' and content calendars
Work with Talent to create and update media kits and other promotional tools
Support the Talent Manager and Talent Team by overseeing processes that increase efficiencies within our workflow using July, Google Suite, social media platforms and influencer campaign platforms
