Responsibilities
Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Guide students in developing essential life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, and focus—alongside their academic progress
Use AI tools to monitor student progress, customize learning experiences, and personalize instruction
Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious academic milestones
Work closely with a team dedicated to reimagining education for high-performing learners
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
