Responsibilities

Provide input to Inventory & Business Waste strategy, forecast, and performance management for our WBC businesses
Engage and work with the Demand and Supply Planners on-going to ensure strategic alignment towards achieving targets
Support the Inventory and Waste pillar across WBC, requiring effective and proactive project management, tool development, strategic influencing, and leadership skills
Deliver against key milestones and KPI’s including SC Planning targets for Inventory, SMOG and Business Waste by helping the team to find the right mix and timing on production decisions
Question the status quo and old ways of working by challenging the team to find ways to sustainably reduce Inventory and Waste
Bring ideas to team meetings that drive efficiencies in run strategy, reduction in complexity, and cost savings opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong Data & Analytics experience required
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
Excellent communication skills and team commitment
Strong financial acumen and related business experience
Good quantification and analytical skills in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to problem solve, influence, and lead others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform day-to-day operations in Power BI
Independently analyze data in Power BI and correct issues in real time
Create regular reporting summarizing key metrics and trends to key team members and management
Experience with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Kinaxis, Microsoft D365
Work across the Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Platform

Preferred

Experience with Rapid Response and Microsoft D365
APICS certification
