Responsibilities
Act as the senior operational leader for the property, with end-to-end accountability across hospitality, sports operations, F&B, events, sales, HR, and financial performance
Serve as the primary liaison to ownership and corporate leadership, translating strategic vision into disciplined execution
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership team, setting standards for accountability, service excellence, and professional development
Own the operating rhythm of the business—service standards, cleanliness, safety, pacing, and consistency across all guest touchpoints
Drive revenue strategy across memberships, leagues, programming, private events, and partnerships
Lead the creation and execution of signature athletic, social, and cultural programming that builds loyalty, drives frequency, and differentiates the brand
Be the public face of the venue in the Philadelphia market, cultivating relationships with coaches, leagues, corporate partners, sponsors, and community stakeholders
Oversee P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, expense control, and cash flow management
Monitor the competitive and industry landscape, applying insights to pricing, programming, partnerships, and guest experience evolution
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, experiential venues, sports facilities, or lifestyle concepts, with direct P&L ownership
VP- or GM-level operator comfortable leading complex, multi-vertical businesses
Strong preference for experience within racquet sports environments (pickleball, padel, squash, tennis) or adjacent premium lifestyle offerings
Demonstrated success building membership-driven communities, leagues, partnerships, and event revenue
Established Philadelphia-area network with the ability to activate relationships into measurable business results
Highly financially literate with proven command of revenue optimization, labor models, and cost controls
Polished, confident leader with strong executive presence and communication skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business
