Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with students and foster a lasting passion for reading
Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights
Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Qualification

Master's degree in reading instructionAdvanced certification Orton-GillinghamAdvanced certification WilsonAdvanced certification LETRSAI/adaptive learning toolsAssessing reading levelsCreating differentiated instruction

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary learners
Demonstrated ability to assess reading levels, organize student groups, and create differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
Experience using AI/adaptive learning tools and adapting instruction based on student behavior within these platforms
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirement
Availability to work on-site at one of the following campuses: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
