Responsibilities
Develop user interfaces using Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Build responsive, high-performance UI components and dashboards
Design and develop server-side logic using Java and Python
Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices
Integrate with external systems, third-party APIs, and internal services
Design, implement, and optimize SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Develop data models, write efficient queries, and maintain database performance
Contribute to scalable architecture and system design decisions
Perform unit, integration, and performance testing
Debug issues across the stack and ensure reliable application performance
Continuously improve code quality and system efficiency
Work with Python-based AI/ML workflows
Integrate AI-driven features such as analytics, automation, and insights into applications
Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews
Work cross-functionally with product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams
Stay updated on new technologies, frameworks, and best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of full-stack development experience in a professional environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Front-end: Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Back-end: Java, Python (additional languages a plus)
API Development: RESTful APIs, JSON integrations
Databases: SQL and/or NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
AI/ML: Exposure to AI/ML concepts or integration of AI features
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and testing tools
Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Preferred
Sales or telecom certifications are a plus
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Additional IT or cloud certifications are an advantage
