Responsibilities
Responsible for site location analysis and recommendation to the Tim Hortons leadership
Manages the new development, closures and renovation pipeline
Manages the team responsible for the administrative process behind restaurant site approvals, openings, and remodels including:
Site approval package creation
Project setup in Lucernex and PM software
Administration of remodel documentation and restaurant relief
Lead closure mitigation strategy
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills, with strong ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, internal construction/design/real estate function, internal and outside legal counsel and various other departments within the brand
Proven experience interacting with Franchisees or external stakeholders
Knowledge of database development and management
Ability to anticipate and solve complex problems or resolve issues
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Extensive franchisee/customer facing experience required
5+ years' experience in franchise/development, implementation and management of administrative processes and support systems
