Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
Encouraging student involvement and enthusiasm through direct messaging, public recognition, and individual outreach
Keeping students focused, confident, and connected throughout their learning experiences
Providing operational support to lead educators to ensure workshop sessions proceed seamlessly
Serving as a culture ambassador and dependable presence within student clubs and life skills programming
Qualification
Required
Availability to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth leadership
Educational background within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
Excellent communication abilities and strong proficiency with digital platforms
Student-centered, energizing presence with attention to detail and smooth operational flow
Preferred
Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth enrichment initiatives
Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, or club facilitation
Benefits
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
The payment period is weekly.
