Responsibilities
Execute allocation strategies using Oracle IPO and other allocation/analytics tools to ensure accurate and timely product flow to stores
Work with Demand Scientists to ensure forecasts are accurate and driving precise allocation decisions
Monitor sales performance and store-level inventory, making data-driven adjustments to maximize sell-through and profitability
Collaborate with Buyers and Planners to bring merchandising strategies to life through precise allocation and inventory management
Build and deliver reporting and analytics to identify business opportunities, assess product performance, and recommend actions that drive revenue
Manage warehouse inventory flow, including size and color distribution, and recommend transfers or consolidations based on performance trends
Execute assortment and inventory strategies for new store openings, informed by sales forecasts, demographics, and market insights
Transfer products from one store to another based on data and trends
Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews, presenting allocation and inventory analysis
Conduct periodic store visits to evaluate assortment execution, gather feedback, and analyze local market competition
Partner with Store Operations to respond to store-level needs and provide actionable allocation solutions
Maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy of allocations, safeguard company assets, and mitigate risk
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
1 - 2 years of related experience
Strong communication and analytical skills, ability to make decisions based on trends and data
Must possess strategic thinking skills, a good attitude, and a good work ethic
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field or equivalent experience
