Experience and Events Coordinator - State National
Markel is a Fortune 500 company specializing in insurance and investment operations, and they are seeking an Experience and Events Coordinator. This role involves providing administrative support for event planning, managing logistics for events, and collaborating across departments to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support logistics for conferences, conventions, and company events
Manage event materials, SWAG inventory, and gift programs
Assist with vendor coordination and travel arrangements (up to 15% travel required)
Provide project management and administrative support for the events team
Collaborate across departments to ensure successful event execution
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
US Work Authorization required. Markel does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience preferred
Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher with accuracy
Vendor management experience preferred
Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus
