Associate Director, Compensation and Performance Management Technology

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive Partner Compensation and Performance Management technology and data strategy, aligned with the organization's overall goals
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems, for partner compensation and performance management
Lead a team of employees driving, business as usual activities and standup of new technologies to drive the future state of Partner Compensation and Performance Management
Manage the relationship with our Partner Compensation and Performance COE organization to understand their goals, update them on project status, and provide thought leadership in the technology space
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs, ensuring that systems are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum six years of recent combined experience in information technology, process improvements and functional knowledge around compensation and performance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or six years of relevant work is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
Experience managing individuals within a matrixed environment with multiple geographically dispersed stakeholders and decision makers; background managing large projects that have significant impact and influence to continuously improve processes and programs for the firm; ability to coordinate with leadership to translate business needs into effective IT strategies and solutions
Proven performers who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and recruiting processes that add value, and are aligned against client priorities
Demonstrated strong program/project management skills, including proven project lifecycle management, client relationship management and vendor management skills
Strong understanding of KPMG and the industry with a strong client orientation and the ability to build relationships and trust within a broad range of leaders, teams and internal/external stakeholders; excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
