Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Help organize internal training, events, and team activities
Coordinate with different departments to support HR-related needs
Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
A team player with a proactive attitude
Preferred
1+ year of HR or administrative experience preferred
