Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
Lead, manage, and coordinate project teams in the field and remotely
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and performance standards
Resolve project-related issues and drive solutions through completion
Oversee project close-out, documentation, and handoff
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Proven decision-making skills in fast-paced project environments
Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening and background check
Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment
Traveling role with required travel to project sites as needed
Work environment may include active job sites and office settings
Schedule is full-time with flexibility based on project demands
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required by the project
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
