Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of injection molding production lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and product specifications
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate manufacturing activities to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet delivery targets
Collaborate with Production Control, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF16949, ISO9001) and promote a culture of continuous improvement (PDCA cycle, 3 Reals philosophy)
Monitor KPIs and drive cost reduction, waste minimization, and process optimization initiatives
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and ensure adherence by all team members
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and technicians; manage performance, training, and development
Promote and enforce workplace safety and housekeeping (5S)
Manage departmental budget and resources effectively

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; or 3–10 years of experience in injection molding manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry
Proven leadership experience managing production teams and meeting manufacturing KPIs
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and tooling
Familiarity with quality management systems (IATF16949, ISO9001)
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and process improvement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, Outlook for communication)
Ability to create and interpret charts, pivot tables, and production performance reports using Excel

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools is an advantage
