Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and develop a team of sales representatives, focusing on enhancing their skills and increasing productivity
Manage team performance by setting clear objectives, conducting daily reviews of activity and providing constructive feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed their targets
Introduce new products to our existing and potential customers with innovative approaches
Play a key role in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top talent to strengthen the team and align with our growth objectives
Creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Required

Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role with a demonstrable history of getting the best out of your team

Self-motivated, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and solving business challenges
Curious about new technologies with a customer-focused mindset, always striving to meet and exceed their needs
