Responsibilities

Process escrow payments and monitor insurance coverage on secured properties
Initiate and manage force-placed insurance to mitigate risk
Respond to member inquiries and support the resolution of insurance claim issues
Process PMI payments and handle timely termination per guidelines
Review, track, and process insurance claims accurately
Support monthly HELOC rate/payment checks and expiration tracking
Update HELOC rate sheets and coordinate changes across departments
Prepare loan modifications and subordinations as needed
Provide backup for mortgage recordings and lien satisfactions
Assist with loan payment processing, payoffs, and reconciliations
Support secondary market and participation servicing functions
Contribute to escrow analysis and real estate tax processing

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum of 1 year mortgage servicing experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Clear written and verbal communication
Team-oriented with a proactive approach
