Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers in the action sports industry
Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and reports
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients
Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for key account meetings
Handle inquiries and requests from key accounts in a prompt and professional manner
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate sales events such as seasonal sales meetings, retailer events, and ad hoc sales team travel
Ensure timely follow up on tasks and due dates
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Previous experience in a sales support or coordinator role
Familiarity with the action sports industry, particularly in apparel, motocross, and mountain bike gear
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
