Responsibilities
Develop diversified portfolio strategies integrating risk-adjusted returns, hedging scenarios, and AI-generated predictive insights
Build financial models for land development, zoning-constrained feasibility, and multi-scenario investment cases
Analyze 10–20+ portfolios to identify value drivers, liquidity needs, and performance optimization opportunities
Partner with product, data science, and client strategy teams to translate financial KPIs into decision-ready insights
Support €10M+ development programs, informing procurement, planning, and executive decision-making
Collaborate with developers, capital partners, planners, and public-sector stakeholders to enable data-first investment decisions
Conduct deep-dive market and spatial analysis to uncover new investment and revenue opportunities
Apply scenario planning (sensitivity analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, regulatory impact modelling) across global markets
Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and urban development trends to inform portfolio strategies
Improve liquidity, risk distribution, and return projections through advanced modelling and automated analytics
Contribute to tools that enhance return forecasting, capital allocation, and project-level financial visibility
Introduce new investment strategies that improve portfolio efficiency and resilience
Qualification
Required
Background in investment analysis, financial modelling, private equity, real estate finance, or portfolio strategy
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs, scenario-based modelling, and decision analytics
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and executive teams
Curious, entrepreneurial, and excited by AI, PropTech, urban systems, and global investing
Proven experience improving portfolio performance and guiding capital planning decisions
