Clinical Support Specialist
Aria Care Partners is the national leader in providing onsite dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care to long-term care facilities. The Clinical Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the clinical care coordinator team, including monitoring reports and maintaining patient charts.

Responsibilities
Monitor & run reports out of EMR systems
Send emails to facilities on behalf of peer group utilizing established Outlook templates & verbiage
Update basic information in patient charts as needed in Salesforce & NextGen
Maintain relevant patient documents in Salesforce
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
1-2 years previous applicable experience
Computer Skills – proficient use of Excel and Word
High Level of Organization – ability to manage and coordinate all supplies/equipment
Ability to prioritize and address multiple demands concurrently
