Responsibilities

Full cycle AP with heavy 3 way matching
High volume invoice processing
Work within large scale P2P/ERP systems (Oracle Fusion + NetSuite experience preferred)
Perform data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots)
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Support process cleanup following ERP implementation

Required

Degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years AP experience (including 3 way match)
Experience in large companies
Manufacturing or distribution industry background
Strong Excel skills
