Responsibilities
Distribute workload, prioritize and monitor completion of tasks
Open new and maintain existing bank accounts
Communicate branch initiatives, developments and problems
Ensure branch is in compliance with established policies and procedures
Monitor staff performance and address performance issues as appropriate
Prepare staff schedules managing high to low servicing periods
Assist customers and staff with resolving problems
Approve large currency transactions
Read and review available literature pertaining to regulations governing accounts
Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, mail and in-person requests
Comply with company policies, practices and procedures
Attend meetings and prepare follow-up as needed
Set goals, prioritize and execute duties of the position
Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner
Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner
Communicate with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Perform quality and quantity of duties as expected for position
Complete company required training courses as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Has working knowledge of basic teller and service rep functions
Has demonstrated good management skills
One year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic personal computer skills
