Participate in strategy development, negotiations, and court proceedings
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Colorado Bar license required (admission in New Mexico, Wyoming, or Arizona is a plus)
3+ years of Civil Litigation experience required
Strong research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills
Ability to handle a varied caseload while working collaboratively with a team of skilled attorneys
Professional, reliable, and comfortable participating in strategy development, negotiations, and court proceedings
Preferred
Experience in medical malpractice defense or healthcare-related litigation preferred
