Quality Practice Advisor
SoTalent is seeking a detail‑oriented, relationship‑driven professional to support provider practices in improving quality performance, documentation accuracy, and risk adjustment outcomes. This role plays a critical part in educating providers, strengthening compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives across the network.

Responsibilities
Educate provider groups and IPAs on HEDIS measures, documentation requirements, and ICD‑9/10 & CPT coding aligned with NCQA, state, and federal guidelines
Gather, analyze, and present provider performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support gap closure strategies
Partner with provider‑facing teams to enhance performance in quality, risk adjustment, and operational workflows (including claims and encounters)
Identify practice needs and coordinate the appropriate resources and support
Build and maintain strong provider relationships across multiple product lines
Maintain quality performance indicators and meet organizational standards for HEDIS abstraction accuracy
Travel to provider offices up to 75% of the time
Support quality initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment coding
One of the following licenses or certifications required: CCS, LPN, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LVN, RN, APRN, HCQM, CHP, CPHQ, CPC, CPC‑A, or CBCS
Must live within a reasonable distance of assigned provider locations (for region‑specific roles)
