Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Sales Technology and Sales Optimization teams supporting Healthcare; recruit, mentor, and coach high-performing associates through ongoing, intentional guidance and planned development interactions
Define key performance metrics and targets; create reports and dashboards to derive meaningful insights, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to leadership
Build and maintain credibility with Sales leaders and cross-functional partners to enable strong collaboration and effective communication
Provide leadership oversight for sales technology effectiveness, ensuring tools are aligned to seller workflows and business priorities
Drive process improvement and support senior leadership through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and disciplined execution
Use data to evaluate enablement effectiveness, business performance, and opportunities to drive growth
Anticipate, discover, propose, and develop new solutions to current or anticipated business challenges
Apply technology strategically to elevate enablement output, improve efficiency, and scale impact across Sales Optimization and Sales Technology
Leverage emerging capabilities, including AI, to modernize workflows, enhance analysis, and raise the quality and speed of seller-facing deliverables
Guide the evolution of sales technologies and enablement practices to ensure continued alignment with business priorities and seller needs
Enable the success of Inmar sellers and leaders by focusing on activities that allow the sales team to sell more and sell faster
Consistently demonstrate superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales acumen, product understanding, and strong problem-solving skills
Ensure sellers are supported with client-ready materials, tools, and processes that help them serve clients confidently and effectively
Influence prioritization, adoption, and alignment through credibility, partnership, and data-driven recommendations
Lead the Sales Optimization function responsible for business reviews, RFP support, sales presentations, and other client-ready deliverables that support seller success
Ensure Sales Optimization outputs clearly tell the client story through strong data analysis, visual storytelling, and thoughtful narrative structure
Elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of deliverables to meet enterprise and client-facing standards
Partner with Sales leaders to prioritize work that best supports client needs, revenue goals, and strategic opportunities
Establish and maintain standards for excellence across all seller-facing materials
Drive improvements that increase process adherence, data quality, operating efficiencies, improve sales productivity, and positively impact revenue
Improve current processes and create new processes that drive efficiency with sellers and cross-functional partners
Optimize sales processes through a deep understanding of sales workflows and business needs
Create detailed process documentation and flow charts for current- and future-state sales processes that are supported by sales technologies
Maintain documentation of business processes, automate existing processes, and determine current and anticipated future functional requirements
Establish scalable, disciplined operating models that ensure consistent execution and high-quality outcomes across enablement efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
8–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related function
4–6 years of experience leading managers and/or specialized teams
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business performance and drive growth
Proven ability to adapt and apply technology to improve outcomes
Experience with process design, documentation, and operational execution
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent results
