Responsibilities
Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized, motivational instruction that engages students and fosters a lifelong passion for reading
Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights
Working alongside the technology team to assess and improve AI-driven literacy platforms
Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated lesson plans independently of published curricula
Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of these locations: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
