Responsibilities
Engage with Issues Management team and coordinate with cross-functional groups within Client to manage the progress of remediating Issues
Create and manage monthly input source reports within AuditBoard
Coordinate with Compliance Analytics Team for updates to various modules and functions
Update procedures when changes occur
Review daily legal insights provided by 3P vendor and tag to an IOS product, IOS topic, and for relevance
Continually update procedures for regulatory horizon scanning
Qualification
Required
4+ years of regulatory, legal, compliance, or risk management experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Familiarity with AuditBoard, Quip, Wrike, and/or other project management tools
Preferred
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Ability to summarize complex topics clearly and concisely
Ability to work independently, manage high volumes of information, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industries
