Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution for a global portfolio of digital initiatives (e.g., unified global web experience, self service/commerce, and innovation tools), establishing scope, milestones, and budgets
Run an intake → prioritization → delivery flow using Microsoft Planner (or equivalent), standardizing briefs, definitions of done, resource allocations, and cross team dependencies
Maintain program source of truth plans, dashboards, and weekly status
Track adoption and value realization post‑launch, feeding insights into the roadmap
Build and run a multilevel comms cadence(exec readouts, steering updates, core team notes, division facing newsletters) that is rightsized to each audience and decision horizon
Translate technical progress into business relevant narratives: outcomes, risks, tradeoffs, asks, and next steps
Drive stakeholder mapping and engagement plans; surface and resolve cross functional issues early with data and options
Stand up and maintain program operating plans: OKRs, quarterly/annual roadmaps, budget forecasts, role RACI, meeting rhythms, and decision logs
Qualification
Required
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or Digital eComm
Must have at least six (6) years in program/project management for digital products, websites, or MarTech/eCommerce; strong command of portfolio planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
Must have proven experience establishing and improving operating rhythms (OKRs, roadmaps, steering cadences, and scorecards)
Must have experience balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook)
Must have hands on with modern PM and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, MS Planner/Project, Confluence, Jira, M365)
Preferred
Have a Master's Degree or higher
Have a background with B2B eCommerce, identity/access, or global web platforms; familiarity with Adobe/MarTech stacks
Have PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or comparable certifications
